Separator Vessel (Process Pressure Vessels)

Separator Vessel

Introduction

A Separator Vessel is a critical process equipment used in oil & gas, petrochemicals, power plants, chemical processing, refineries, and downstream industries to efficiently separate multiphase fluids into their individual components.

Engineered to operate under varying pressures, temperatures, flow conditions, and fluid properties, separator vessels ensure stable plant performance, protect downstream equipment, and improve product quality.

Our separator vessels are designed and manufactured according to ASME Section VIII Div.1/Div.2, API 12J, API 650, API 620, and client-specific standards with world-class quality and long-term reliability.

Product Description

Separator vessels are precision-engineered for liquid–gas, gas–solid, and multiphase separation. Depending on process requirements, these vessels are configured with demisters, vane packs, cyclones, internal baffles, weirs, and advanced separation internals to achieve high separation efficiency.

Technical Features

1) Types of Separator Vessels We Manufacture:
  • Two-Phase Separators (Gas–Liquid): Used to separate gas from liquids in upstream and midstream systems.
  • Three-Phase Separators (Oil–Water–Gas): Essential for crude oil processing and production skids.
  • Scrubber Vessels / Knock-Out Drums: Remove entrained liquids from gas streams and protect turbines & compressors.
  • Degassers / Flash Drums: Remove dissolved gases during depressurization.
  • Slug Catchers (Vessel Type): Manage irregular flow slugs to maintain pipeline stability.
  • Cyclone / Coalescer Separator Vessels: High-efficiency separation of fine mists, aerosols, and particulates.
